| The story of VOAG The latest installment from one of the longest standing Swedish street-punk bands – Voice of A Generation´s “The Final Oddition”-album. Release after release and touring incessantly they’ve managed to be in the forefront of the genre, feeding their fans with energetic punkrock doses and their aggressive attitude. This album has a much stronger sound and you will see some harder stuff but don’t worry. All the melodies and the sing-alongs are still there, backed by a powerful and well-tuned machine! Produced by Mieszko Talarcyk (Nasum…) and VOAG. Recorded at Soundlab Studios Guest appearances by members of Millencolin and the Peepshows. Named after a song by early 80's Oi!sters Blitz, Voice Of A Generation have taken all the positive aspects of the world-wide punk movement and given it a swift kick to the backside with their youthful energy. Sham 69, the Cockney Rejects and The Business all come to mind as V.O.A.G. have powerful guitar led melodies and instantly catchy terrace style choruses. Mix that with the humor of the likes of the Test Tubes and The Toy Dolls and Voice Of A Generation are almost the ultimate streetpunk band - saying what they believe with a grin on their face and tunes that you just can't get out of your head. Hard, fast and in yer face, Voice Of A Generation are not manufactured rebels but The Real Thing.
